Heather Bartlett is a photographer and multi-media artist in Southern Maryland. At her studio in Waldorf she composes classic and fantasy portraits and digital collages. She also creates conceptual and interactive work related to self-esteem. Additionally, she makes decorative tiles and mini-sculptures as well as her very popular shoe and sweets paintings.
